The method used is quantitative with a survey approach involving 134 employees as research samples. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous and partial relationships between variables. The results show that these three variables significantly have a positive effect on improving employee performance, with work discipline as the most dominant factor. These findings indicate that competence development through training, strict enforcement of work discipline, and creating a conducive work environment are key factors in enhancing employee effectiveness and productivity. The managerial implications emphasize the importance of human resource management strategies focused on competence, discipline, and the work environment to achieve optimal organizational performance.
