Abstract

Being able to influence the level of employee performance through transformational leadership style and organizational climate is an important factor in every organization or government agency, this type of quantitative research was carried out because it is very important to know whether transformational leadership and organizational climate influence the performance of government agency employees by carrying out their work in accordance with established rules. set. This type of quantitative research and using a saturated sample involved 50 respondents who were given a Likert scale questionnaire for this research. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The research results show that transformational leadership style does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while organizational climate has a significant effect on employee performance. The research results of the independent variables (transformational leadership style and organizational climate) show a contribution of 42.3% to the dependent variable (employee performance). The Dukcapil Service must provide coaching to improve the transformational leadership style and maintain an organizational climate or company environment that supports employee performance.
