Learning Management Strategy in Improving Education at SD Negeri 83 Dante Marari

The formulation of the problem in this research is what learning management strategies have been implemented at SD Negeri 83 Dante Marari, and the aim of the research is to examine various learning management strategies that have been implemented at SD Negeri 83 Dante Marari. The research method used is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the condition of education in the school as well as the effectiveness of the learning management strategies that have been implemented. This research will use a qualitative approach, data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and document analysis, selection techniques Research informants will be selected purposively, by selecting teachers, principals, school staff, parents and students who are directly involved in the learning process. The data collected will be analyzed thematically. Thematic analysis involves the process of identifying, interpreting, and organizing patterns or findings that emerge from the data. The research results show that educational management at SD Negeri 83 Dante Marari is good. This is proven by data verification using a data assessment rubric, that the results of observations, interviews and documentation show that education management at SD Negeri 83 Dante Marari consists of seven learning management strategies, namely Relevant and Competency-Based Curriculum, Use of Active Learning Methods, Integration of Technology in Learning, Collaborative Approach in Learning, Differentiated Learning Approach, Formative Assessment Approach and Parent and Community Involvement, By implementing these various learning management strategies, SD Negeri 83 Dante Marari can create a learning environment that is inclusive, effective and motivates students to achieve their maximum academic and personal potential.
