This research aims to determine the influence of fraud perceptions and trust on the use of mobile banking services. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection method in this research uses a questionnaire with the population being commercial bank customers who use mobile banking services in Palopo City. The sample determination method in this research is random sampling. The sample used in this research was 100 which was determined using the moe formula. The analytical methods used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and linear regression testing. The research results show that: 1) perceptions of fraud have a positive and significant effect on the use of mobile banking services; 2) trust has a positive and significant effect on the use of mobile banking services.
