Abstract

This research aims to find out whether work life balance, work environment and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Tuuk Maju Bersama. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study was 60 people. Data analysis techniques in this research use validity test techniques, reliability tests, t tests and f tests. This research shows that the t test results of work life balance have no and no significant effect on employee performance with t count 0.988 < t table 2.301, the work environment has a significant and influence on employee performance with t count 4.927 > t table 2.301, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with t count 3.708 > t table 2.301. F test results fromwork life balance, work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT Tuuk Maju Bersama, namely f count 22.981 > f table 2.766 so that simultaneously it has an influence and is significant.
