Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Tirtakencana Tatawarna Luwu. Sampling for this research used the Accidental Sampling method with a total of 60 employees. Data analysis uses Multiple Linear analysis using the SPSS application. Based on the research results, it shows that the existence of organizational culture will become a reference for employee behavior to achieve organizational goals so that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, while high organizational commitment will increase employee performance which has a good impact on the company so that organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. On PT. Tirtakencana Tatawarna Luwu
