The Impact Of Financial Literacy And Locus Of Control On The Success Of Msmes

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of financial literacy and locus of control on the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Palopo City. The research method used was quantitative, with the research subjects being MSMEs actors in Palopo City, with a total of 300 respondents. Data was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires, and data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method. Research data processing uses IBM SPSS Statistics 20 software. The research results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on the success of MSMEs, while locus of control also has a positive and significant impact on the success of MSMEs.
