Abstract

This research explores the role of creative self-efficacy and knowledge sharing in enhancing innovative work behavior and employee performance, with digital literacy as a moderator variable. Quantitative method was employed with the population of SME employees in Palopo City. A sample of 150 employees was selected using purposive sampling approach. Analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) with Smart PLS 4. The results indicate that creative self-efficacy and knowledge sharing have a positive effect on innovative work behavior and employee performance. Interestingly, creative self-efficacy does not significantly influence employee performance, rejecting one out of five hypotheses in this study.
