The performance of the State Civil Service is greatly influenced by the work environment and relationships, both morally and organizationally. To demonstrate optimal performance, a positive relationship between working environmental conditions and relationships between employees must be achieved. This research aims to see the extent of the influence of employee engagement and the work environment on the performance of State Civil Apparatus at three Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), namely at the DISPORAPAR, AGRICULTURE and BPBD service offices. This research uses a quantitative approach, the population in the study was 122 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique where the entire population is sampled so that a sample size of 122 respondents is obtained. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS statistical tool. The results show that employee engagement and the work environment have a significant positive influence on employee performance. This research has valuable insights for State Civil Service employees to understand how employee engagement and the work environment can influence employee performance.
