The Influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on the Performance of North Luwu Regional Library and Archives Service Employees

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on the Performance of North Luwu Regional Library and Archives Service Employees. The researcher used a quantitative descriptive method, the data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale, the population in the study was all employees at the research site, 55 respondents, to test the hypothesis the researcher used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 2023 application. The results of this research show that Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while Organizational Culture has no effect on Employee Performance at the North Luwu Regional Library and Archives Service.
